Big Fog is a multidisciplinary design studio based in the foggy mountains of West Virginia, specializing in branding, website development, type design, illustration, and printed media. Founded by co-founders and designers Valerie Burgess and Brian Dove, the studio is recognized for creating thoughtful logos, illustrations, brand identities, and websites. Big Fog has developed unique typefaces, such as the funky Display Bold Cilati face of OHno's Swear for headlines, paired with Polytype's "slightly irreverent" geometric sans, Spoof, for body copy.
