Founded by Hannes Famira, Famira Fonts is a small digital type design studio that has operated in various forms for approximately two decades. Currently based in Brooklyn, New York, the studio collaborates with corporate clients to develop original, custom-tailored typographic solutions. As of Spring 2021, Famira Fonts began licensing its exclusive retail library to end users through Type Network. The foundry's unique approach combines Dutch and Swiss design influences, focusing on the intersection of legibility and distinctive style, serving designers in branding and corporate identity work.
