Harbor Type is an independent type foundry based in Porto Alegre, Brazil, founded in 2014 by Henrique Beier.The foundry specializes in developing both retail and custom typefaces, as well as offering font production services to other designers and foundries. Notable typefaces from Harbor Type include Densia Sans (a compact, efficient sans-serif), Garibaldi (a humanist-inspired text face), and Graviola (a soft, friendly family with semi-rounded terminals). Harbor Type's work has been recognized in multiple editions of the Tipos Latinos Biennial and the Brazilian Graphic Design Biennial.
